A $10–$25 non-refundable deposit is required to secure appointments and is applied toward your service total.
Reschedule up to 24 hours before your appointment without penalty. Cancellations forfeit the deposit.
A 15-minute grace period may be available. After 15 minutes, the appointment may be cancelled and the deposit forfeited.
No-shows forfeit the full deposit, and a new deposit is required to rebook.
